Following completion of the consultations process with works councils, BT has today agreed the sale of its domestic operations in France to Computacenter. The transaction is subject to regulatory and competition approvals and is expected to complete before the end of 2020.

15 July 2020 – Paris, France: Following completion of the consultations process with works councils, BT has today agreed the sale of its domestic operations in France to Computacenter. The transaction is subject to regulatory and competition approvals and is expected to complete before the end of 2020.

This transaction significantly strengthens our business in France, and we are excited to discuss the benefits with our customers and partners. We plan to operate the acquired business as a separate subsidiary of Computacenter France, retaining the existing leadership.
